In the update, Tennant has kept the reliability and function of the prior model (T5), while offering the opportunity for some updates/upgrades if the user chooses. The T500 offers a re-designed foot-activated squeegee assembly transitioning from the T5's hand-activated squeegee. This update, combined with an improved integrated p trap that prevents residual water from dripping on the floor after cleaning, also improves water pickup and easier installation of squeegee blades. The T500 can also be ordered with the Smart Fill Automatic Watering System which minimizes the maintenance needed for your wet cell batteries.
